Our Expectations
It may come as a surprise, but the reality is, this is a two-way street (or trail!) You are ultimately responsible for the nature of the experience that you have with us. And not only that, you also have an influence in the experience of others in your small group.
Attitude
This is your vacation, and the attitude that you bring will set the tone for your experience. We get that at times it’s tough (we plan to challenge you) and we get that at times it’s a little uncomfortable (this is not a cruise trip). All we ask is that you keep an open mind, a smile on your face and a readiness for the unexpected.
Physical preparedness
Our trips are designed for everyday people. You certainly don’t have to be an athlete, but to be fair to yourself and your group members, you do need to be prepared. Got concerns on this one? Don’t stress it, our team are 100% dedicated to helping you choose the right trip, bring the right gear and be physically and mentally prepared.
Know who’s in charge
As we’ve mentioned, you rightly expect when you join our trips to be in good, safe hands. For us to ensure the whole group’s safety, we expect you, as our guest, to listen to your guides. They are the authority when it comes to decisions made on the trip.

We understand that you’re making a commitment to us. This is your trip of a lifetime and you want it to be perfect! Our Assurance to you is a sign of our confidence in what we do and our ability to deliver exceptional adventure tours - rain, hail or shine! So here's what you can expect from us.
Lifetime deposit
We understand that plans can change. So, to transfer your 50% deposit to a future trip you can just call or email with the details, at least 90 days before your trip departure. We'll take care of the rest.
Refund outside 90 days
To receive a refund less your deposit, just let us know that you'd like to cancel at least 90 days before your trip departure.
Free trip if you're not satisfied
If you're less than 100% satisfied with your trip, then our guides, along with the dedicated 24/7 support staff at HQ, will do everything in our power to put it right. If you're still not satisfied, then as a gesture of good-will, we'll try again and invite you on another trip, completely free! For more information use the button below to read Booking Conditions.
