Social Nature Movement has been kayaking as long as rivers have flowed. Our firm foundations in the kayaking industry have seen thousands of people successfully kayak. Our clients race the Kathmandu Coast to Coast Grade 2 in large numbers because we help many in gaining their Grade 2 certificate.
If you want to do better on the river or are on the fast-track to your personal best, this service will extend your ability. Many individuals, serious competitors and athletes are coached by us after they have completed their certification, are on the road to their next big event, need to refresh or simply want more water time.
Our staff have a thirst for improvement through planning and preparation and our business has only strengthened. We coach and train primarily on flat and moving waters close to your home, school or work. Contact us, we will help!

What is a CUMEC? It is shorthand for cubic metre(s) per second. That means there is - for example - a volumetric flow rate equal to that of a cube with sides of one metre moving past a stationary point each second. Data in units of cumec are used along the y-axis or vertical axis of a flow hydrograph.
Here is a CUMEC conversion for you:
1 cubic metre per second = 1000 litres per second
≈ 219.969248 imperial gallons per second
≈ 264.172051 US gallons per second
≈ 35.314454 cubic feet per second
≈ 1.305 cubic yards per second
